Forward Focus: Who is Watering Your Garden?

For 2011 you want to take your practice to the next level, you want to find a work / art life balance that will bring you to greater success. You have learnt tools and mastered skills but still get stuck at a level below where you want to be.

This workshop is not just a strategic planning session, or a set of goal setting exercises, it is about exploring what you really want and crafting a life design to create it.

A facilitated experiential workshop to begin the real process of change required to maximize your full potential. No one likes to be left behind!

We will work individually and in groups to benefit from the collective knowledge in the room.

What is Forward Focus?

Often in the fray of living we forget to plan. One day we wake up and 'ask how did I get here'? Each small action we take or do not take adds up. Our present is our future in the making.

Forward Focus pinpoints your future orientation from reviewing your present time results.

Forward Focus is a sequential process that involves:
  • Identifying your core strengths
  • Tracking your results from 2010
  • Imagining possible futures
  • Fear busting techniques
  • Experiential learning techniques to embody your ideal 2011
Future Forward will:
  • Leave you with a clear focus and clear direction
  • Actionable ideas
  • A renewed sense of purpose and alignment with your values
  • Less struggle required to achieve your goals
  • A sense of adventure and fun

I especially noticed an 80% improvement in my confidence levels and 60% improvement in being able to capture my natural talents and skills. This is linked with a 200% improvement in my ability to develop goals. I was so impressed by the work that I have hired Helen again.
