Dancing Psychic Structures: Healing Patterns of Relating and Relationships — Chrystabel Butler

Dancing Psychic Structures: Healing Patterns of Relating and Relationships

In this two-day workshop we will be exploring our habits of relating and relationship. using somatic movement, authentic movement and dance. We investigate how we communicate in authenticity or collapse into fear and defense mechanisms, preventing us from meeting life in openess. We use the ancient wisdom of the Enneagram to guide explorations.
Mind-body patterns of reactivity are physiological habits, we use self-awareness in movement, somatic interoception and intraception to discover pathways to shift, transform and let go of patterns which no longer serve us.

Day 1: Authentic Movement, developing movement self-awareness, interoception, intraception.
Day 2: Psychodrama and Moving Sculptures
