Embodied Anatomy — Wendy Smith
Embodied Anatomy and Skinner Releasing Technique
In this series of 5 classes we’ll dive into the anatomy and relationships between various body parts that help us to experience greater stability and suspension into gravity.
In these sessions we’ll get to explore some of the fundamental anatomy and play with these relationships through the imagery and principles derived from Skinner Releasing Technique.
We’ll spend time delving into movement explorations of this rich imagery.
These classes are best experienced as a series but can also be taken individually.
