Embodied Anatomy — Wendy Smith
Embodied Anatomy
In this second series of 5 classes for 2021, we’ll continue our exploration into the embodiment of fundamental relationships that support us in our ongoing play with gravity. We’ll deepen our understanding of the anatomy and introduce some important muscle slings that contribute to our Tensegrity balance.
As in the last series, we’ll play with this information through the lens of Skinner Releasing technique.
These classes are best experienced as a series but can also be taken individually.
