Tsatsa’s Dance — Hip Hop & Latin Fitness Dance Class

A fun and energetic dance fitness class blending Hip Hop, Latin, and cardio-based movement. Open to all levels, this class focuses on enjoying music, relieving stress, and building confidence through dance. Held monthly in Carlton, VIC, it’s a welcoming space for anyone who loves to dance to connect, move, and boost their mood.

Tsatsa Tsog has been practicing dance fitness—a combination of Hip Hop, Latin, and Fitness dance for 8 years, and dance has become an essential part of her life. She has loved dancing since she was young, and placing 2nd in a hip hop dance competition as part of a group gave her confidence and a strong sense of stage presence.
After many years, Tsatsa rediscovered her passion for dance and developed a sincere desire to share happiness and smiles with others through it. Following this dream, she started Tsatsa’s Dance, a monthly event aimed at creating a space in Melbourne where women (and of course men are welcome too) can come together, enjoy, and dance Hip Hop, Latin, and Fitness dance in a fun and supportive environment.

Open to all levels, from beginners to intermediate. Suitable for adults (18+), but younger participants may join with prior approval. No dance experience is required, just a willingness to move and have fun.
Please wear comfortable workout clothing and supportive sneakers. Bring a water bottle and a small towel. No special equipment is required
