There’s much more to tell you, but please be patient with us as we fit-out and plan for more announcements and an opening.

Importantly, nothing changes with our home at Dancehouse (Carlton North Hall). This is still our HQ and we will continue with our extensive annual offer of works, events, and to hire our spaces.

The two additional studios in Brunswick will expand our studio hire offer to dance artists and communities for classes, workshops, and rehearsals at our extremely affordable Dancehouse rates.

The two new studios will have sprung floors (no tarkett) and will be Skylab-size. They will be on the ground floor of Nightingale Studios at 215-219 Albion Street, Brunswick. They are fully-accessible, with well-appointed bathrooms and showers, and surrounded by cafes and restaurants. They are conveniently located on the Upfield bike path, at Anstey train station (Upfield Line), and within one block of Sydney Road trams and buses.

We plan to have the new studios operational mid-year 2026.
