Dancehouse is on Wurundjeri Country. We offer our respects to the Wurundjeri woi-wurrung people — and to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island people — who continue to dance on Country, and have done, for thousands of generations. Always was and always will be Aboriginal land.

In-Between: Adults Contemporary — Elena Osalde & Sara Di Segna

In-Between: Adults Contemporary Dance Class

In-Between is a friendly contemporary dance class welcoming adult dancers willing to keep dancing beyond their 30s. While regular classes with younger dancers might be intense, In-Between dancers have more energy to burn than what is required in senior classes.

At In-Between, Sara and Elena will take the class from a gentle warm-up to some interesting contemporary phrases using an eclectic mix of world music from different eras.

Whether you have danced before or returned to dance after decades, you’ll find a safe, playful and inspiring place to experience the joy of dancing again.
