This July’s function is a celebration of the brilliance within our community, education through the Ballroom lens, and a shared move toward unity. A special thank you to my Mother Angel Furia for putting your trust in me to curate this ball for our community. I love you deeply, and thank you to my community for loving and trusting me enough to celebrate and showcase you — my work will always and forever be for the Girls.
I pay my utmost respects to the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Boonwurrung People of the Kulin Nation, who have nurtured and protected these lands that were stolen and never ceded.
